Gratitude can be toxic. We sometimes find ourselves going into shame and guilt, not finding ourselves truly grateful for the things, lessons and experiences we have in our life now. And most often that is because we desire more for ourselves. So how do we be grateful or now and allow yourself to want more to be ok?
