Today’s episode is with Leadership & development guru Sara Maeski. A multi-passionate toddler Mama, Sara is leading wthe way teaching women how to lead with authenticity and alignment. In this episode we talk about what leadership looks like for Mom’s and how it is not the traditional way we’ve been taught all of these years. She shares on how balance is actually not unattainable and how to actually live in a more holistic harmonious way. Sara started on the the road to law school and after several shifts including joining the military, she found herself in a moment that allowed her to shift her thinking and how she was being that led her to becoming a coach.
