Joy tells all in this interview about her marriage and her husband’s addiction to porn. She always had that inkling that something was going on, but she didn’t know what to do. Eventually she found the evidence and decided she had enough. After separating from her husband and giving him an ultimatum, she discovered she had her own healing to do. Joy discovered her own strength and power within - which catapulted her into a new life, including restoration of her marriage through counseling, building her own business and coaching other women to own their lives.
Joy is a healthy lifestyle advocate, master certified UPF nutrition coach, host of the Level Up Babe podcast and founder of Level Up Babes - She is a wife of 9 years, a mom to two littles and lives in Denver, CO with her family. She recently launched her podcast Level Up, Babe, to help others learn how to use their rock bottom as a catalyst to something even better by sharing her own story of rock bottom when addiction and infidelity hit her marriage 4 years ago. It was her own turning point of transformation and leveling up to a new her, a new marriage and a new future.
