I talk with Jenn Chrismann on today’s show about the importance of embodying the work, taking it down a layer deeper then the head level. As a former practicing psychologist, Jenn stepped into the coaching world to bring her knowledge and wisdom from her practice into the piece of really supporting women to step fully into their own truth and embody their highest self. She shares how talk therapy isn’t always helpful in getting us where we want to go. That insight and awareness needs to be connected to the next step which is doing something. Jenn opens up about her own path coming from addiction, homelessness, poverty and abuse. At ten years old, she decided that her life was going to be different. We learn in this episode about the subconscious and how it’s the true operating system of how we are in the world. She shares about one of the more powerful tools, breathwork in bringing the healing into the here and now.
Dr. Jenn Chrisman is a mentor, teacher, and spiritual embodiment guide. She teaches about feminine leadership, embodiment, soul activation, money, wealth and confidence because these were areas of her own life that she needed to heal and so desperately sought help for through much of her own life.
