Kara opens up about her story and how she and her husband came to be the successful entrepreneurs they are today. She and her husband were young, had kids and the floor began to fall out beneath them. During that time, after working incredibly hard - they decided to open up their own business. They didn’t know how to run a business so they hired a business coach to help them. Kara shares about the importance of investing in yourself whether you're just starting out or in the middle of your journey. They also share about being emotionally intelligent and the importance that can have as an entrepreneur especially during this difficult time with the Coronavirus.
Kara Ayala, is a mentor and advocate for women, wives and moms. She has been married to the love of her life for 20 years, and is a mom to three amazing teens. She has started and sold many successful businesses with her husband, including their first company which was featured in Inc Magazine’s Fastest Growing companies in America in 2009. She and her husband later sold that company at an 8 figure valuation. They now are real estate investors, providing affordable housing in 13 states and own construction and property management companies. Kara believes that women can be successful while at the same time having amazing marriages and incredible children. She loves to share her lessons as a wife, mom, and business owner. Kara’s passion is to help others see that creating multiple streams of income provides more freedom to invest in what matters, the people in your life.
